Night Sky
As I look into the night sky
I think back to all the times I cry.
The stars remind me of small tears
As if the night has cried for years.
They sparkle at night
Then day comes and they take flight.
The moon is there also with a smile on his face
Sometimes halved, then the sun takes his place.
I sit on the roof, holding my knees
The night seems constant, neverending if you please.
People cry, people beg to the night
Yet in its vastness no answer can it cite.
Thus I stay till the light of the day
Takes the so loved night away.
Goodbye my stars, my moon
Untill tomorrow, after noon..
