The Concert
I remember it all so clear
My first time at the new theatre
Nothing could be better than this
This is something I would never miss
This is so important to me
Come sisters lend a hand, take a knee
The black curtain rises oh so slow
A shiver up my spine let the wind blow
A silent hush falls over the crowd
Then we start so swift so loud
The beat quickly follows our voice
 We sing our song
About a chance and a choice
The beat suddenly slows its pace
 The silence leaves an impression
 On the crowds face
So swift is the silence gone again
 It started and stopped
At the drop of a pen
 At last at last
 We’re half way through
So far the crowd seems pleased
 What about you?
It quickens again now it’s so fast
It slowed and slowed then a great big blast
The power and the strength is magnificent
It seems strange to think that it’s self sufficient
We begin our descent through the crowd
They start to clap and we take our bow
