Drifting in the wind,
blown with no direction.
Just a tiny life line, a silver thread,
holding her aloft.
Pale and beautiful,
soft and waxen.
The barren tree holds her
rope, hanging from a limb.

The author's comments:
I watched a short clip of a woman dancing, with a harness, that lifted her up. The lighting hid the harness, and this is what came to mind.
