White lilies startled under English wind
Rustling thatches break, quivering into pieces
Sky turns milky white with shades of grey
As the horizon slips further and further away

See columns of white light pour underneath
The wilting moors’ sunset gasps it’s last breath
Dusk approaches meekly with no revelation
As blood red skies give forth resignation

Zion peaks o’er the mountaintops
Pale blue like the rain, ever standing
The west weeps as rain courses through timber
I dream in solace as the sky grows dimmer
