I Can but I Can't

I Can But Can't

I run like the wind
as wind is blowing in my face,
I am able to sniff from miles away,
I will never be cold
due to my furry coat.

I can see in great color,
but I don't know that.
I am small
but,
I am strong

There is one thing to ask yourself,
Who am I?
