i know how it should be
you should love me
you should want to be with me
you should call me your princess
you should kiss me good night

but i know how it is
you love work more than me
you love to laugh at me
you make me cry myself to sleep

i just want it to be how it should
i want to be your dream daughter
but i want you to just let go of all of it and put me first
its selfish i know, but i need you right now !!
why cant u see the tears that fill my eyes
i need it to be how it should be

my dad just dosnt get me but i dont have the nerve to say it to his face so i write about it and thats good enough for me right now.
