The ocean tears me apart,
Ripping me from the core.
The current drags me to the depths,
While the tide pulls me up.
Which way to freedom?
The choice of change,
Crashing
Sweeping
Learn to swim in unison.
Or the choice of comfort,
Warmth
Caressing
Comfortable.
Both missing something.
Missing the sand.
Missing the sun.
Live without light,
Or live without feel.
No answer is right.
So I'm taken by the sea,
No one can have me,
Because the waves destroyed me.
Ripping me from the core.
The current drags me to the depths,
While the tide pulls me up.
Which way to freedom?
The choice of change,
Crashing
Sweeping
Learn to swim in unison.
Or the choice of comfort,
Warmth
Caressing
Comfortable.
Both missing something.
Missing the sand.
Missing the sun.
Live without light,
Or live without feel.
No answer is right.
So I'm taken by the sea,
No one can have me,
Because the waves destroyed me.
