The Hidden Truth
The Hidden Truths
I used to be the smallest tree around
I lived a peaceful life
A life without conflict and pain
On that fateful day they came
With axes and machines
They chopped down my friends, family
Then they came for me…
Craack went my torso as I fell
I was moved to a big scary truck
Vroom and I was off to an unknown place
It’s been five hour and I am currently
Stripped of my clothes
I fell into a deep slumber
I woke up with a tremendous weight on me
I looked around and slowly realized what I was
A chair
