Day by day
She prays,
Waiting for her day to rise,
From the eyes
Day by day
She waits,
For the gates,
to open up and let her pride rise
from the unthinkable minds
Day by day
she hides
by the sides
of the seeping light
with all her might
she runs...
Runs with fear
just to keep the next tear
just to keep the last part of herself
from the darkened shelf
just to keep ones self..
