I don’t like poems
There just not me
They make me feel uncomfortable I don’t feel free
Standing up here in front of the class
I am so nervous I want to go last
But it’s too late for that I’m up here now
Everyone is looking at me with a weird eyebrow
I don’t like English it really sucks
I wouldn’t take this class again for a million bucks
Okay maybe I would if my teacher wasn’t crazy
When I’m in this class everything is hazy
Just kidding Mrs. Paris you’re not crazy at all
Only during winter, summer, and fall
So I really don’t want to be up here
I just hope everyone was listening with open ears.
