Since departing for Paris
I've been thinking about you
Im flying higher to get away
But you fit well in America

Surrounded my made up faces and fashion magazines
You haunt me
I bask in the past
Reminiscent of moments captured

Our arms in a tangle
Two people colaborated
The greatest show of our generation
Pure and enticing

My core enshrined your lengend
A remarkable attempt to forget
Telling myself it was imaginary
Ideas of creation

Art School vs You
I have always thought about it
Sitting on the sidelines,
I hope you are proud

This was an assignment in creative writing. We had to take a news paper article and use only the words from it to turn it into a poem. The title is the name of the article.
