So many follies young lovers commit
To win their Hero's single glance of love
Love-which is out of pity
Or haply for present's fun

Caution, don't go too far
That even Time cant bring thee back
Don't give this undue importance to him
That his ignorance makes life in you lack

Pitiful are the insane in love
Why thou fail to realize
Forgiving sins in the name of adjustment
The storm wont cease by closing your eyes

True is that love is madness
Yet the unfortunate lovers claim
"Though unfit for thy lust our memories be
But are fit for my tender love, now turning to pain."
