You have an ignoble soul,
you cold disgusting being
The time we had was only ephemeral,
not long enough for my feelings to be expressed
You were unable to rectify your mistakes.
Our memories are amorphous, distorted thoughts.
Your factious words left a wound on my heart,
and your lack of altruism shone through.
No aegis could help me then and now.
Your lack of love beseiged your soul,
and managed to enervate mine.
So go ahead, move on with your life,
but remember I still love you
