Do I seem fine,
Or is my disappointment,
blunt, really that obvious?
I try not to let it break my shell,
And I just look away from you
With all the strength that I have,
I cannot let you see me
Shatter, I am not weak
How is it possible
That no matter how many times,
I tell you it doesn't matter,
That statement is furthest
From the truth?
I ask myself questions
With no end,
day by day by day,
I can't help but fall for you
over and over and over again,

It's like morphine
I won't break my guard,
