Falling Star

The stars shine bright tonight
Reminding me that I am not alone
I hold my hand out to this night sky
As I grow wings and begin to fly
Flap my wings, I shall begin my escape
Away from it all I go
Here to these stars giving me their glow
Glowing so brightly for all to see
Letting go of all, for I am free
Another star in this sky to be looked upon
Never to be forgotten
But never to be found
So gave upon this beauty I shall give
For all to see this star that shall always live
