I see the sorrow in you every day
You betray me when it hurts too much
When you are not wanted
You appear and gleam like the sun
A black sun
A sun that never shines light on happiness
A sun only darkness can tell
At night you hide from me
And replay all of my secrets
You know no truth
Except the hurting truth
You know it well
Too well
And as day goes by I wonder
Will you unleash the hurting truth into me once again
