Window eyes

Close your eyes,
hold them tight
hold there through the night

Close your eyes,
the windows to
your soul
Cracks in the doors
to your bottomless hole.
We all have one that holds
us tight, keeps up still in
this dark, dark night

Oh close your eyes,
and lose all fear, in
hopes that someday happiness
can come near

When every wrinkle can be
smoothed into place and
every beautiul tear will
be wiped from your face.

just
Close your eyes.
