Mirrors, Windows, and Other Various Reflective Surfaces
I watch the reflection
 Her blue eyes stare back and see
 The drooping skin; the bags
 Sometimes I have to pinch myself
 To distinguish the real me
 They say at this age
 I’m not supposed to fully know 
 Myself
 But I know her
 More than I know anyone else
 So I guess that doesn’t say much
 For how adequately I know anything
 And writing is a silly aim
 When the title is half as long
 As the poetry
