Do you hear them calling for help
gasping for air,their minds so bare
zombie like state
"LOAD!FIRE"
Missiles shooting in the air
lands on the ground,goes up in flames
like fireworks on the 4th of July
Both sources of light but for different emotions.

Can you hear them?
Mouths dry like the desert, they cannot cry,HELP,
They do not speak it, but their eyes, their expression, their body language does.
In the trenches they whisper silent prayers before they face their enemy
"I hope i live another day, to see
the sun and blooming may.
The scorching heat in which i lay,
My daughters sculpture made of clay.
Please lord have mercy i pray."

Pleading,crying,calling, for help
their last words consisting
