I am terrified
Because I told the truth
I don't want you to know me
I don't want you to see me
I am terrified
Because I told the truth to you
And now I have to wait
And wait
And wait
To see
What you choose to do

The author's comments:
People always seem to be saying things along the lines of "the truth will set you free." But sometimes it does just the opposite.
