" Suddenly she understood! She sees it in the eyes infront of her- This is the very moment she realizes that she is close to the killer."
Close to a Killer by MArsha Qualey

Walk into darkness,
Out of the light,
Spread your wings for one last flight,
Watch the burning gaze of a devouring flame
As the dark earth falls
Into a notorious dream,
Screeching, screaming, curdling howls
All escape from Earth's formidable bowels,
Shadows grip the canyon walls,
Waiting for the everlasting night,
What becomes of the world when darkness comes to fight,
Watching, waiting, the time is right,
It is time, time to strike,
Gleaming blades striking tunes,
It's nothing but bleak rotting doom
