Locked inside
behind my eyes
I hear a voice
that isn't mine.

Moaning, groaning,
under mental strain,
fading, slipping,
under dark terrain.

Falling, falling,
into the black,
never to surface,
should I head back?

Fighting, struggling,
my will giving way
under stark-raving madness,
my sanity decays.

Locked in siege of
fortified mind,
me or him,
one be bind.

Don't we all experience a feeling of insanity at times?

Yeah, I know what you mean. I just like for people to grasp the emotions and the meaning behind the message.

I love this. I know its cliche to say how true and real it is, but you have found a way to capture so much feeling in not that many words. This is an amazing piece of work.
