Hear me speak

Hear me speak, I sound so happy and full of life, I have a good head on my shoulders but, only if you could hear what I think I want to cry, I want to run from my problems but the fear that they chase me down and bring agoizing pain with every thought dwells me, but you wouldn't know that by speaking to me, you can't see my pain, you can't hear my cry, you can only hear me articulate.
