As time goes on Days, weeks, months than years
Love ones die, new ones are born and taken their place
Fall, winter, spring than summer
Heart brakes some mend
As time goes on we learn lesions, we learn to care, we learn self defense
Snow melts, flowers poke out of the ground
Heat springs into action leaving sweat on our foreheads
Soon enough fall comes around once more
