Low-fat milk,
three times a day-
helps build bone density
so you're not stooped in old-age.
Add some weight- lifting,
and now you're set-
just keep it up.
Drink water before a work-out,
in- order to re-hydrate;
drink milk after,
to get all your protein.
It's that simple-
think you can remember?
