Tick tock goes the clock
splash
saliva on my page,
hearing the soft breeze,
chidish choes of wispers,
of students and teachers saying my name,
evening falls onto triumph this lonely city
DOOMSday the emptiness
fantasy keeps me from my sleep,
gut silence falls on this city
fading
soulful
calmness
memories fill the air
mental paintings
ripple out of sight
whispers mocking
words
genuine self
BLIND

This piece was written in creative writing class. This poem includes some of the experiences im goin through in High school and others that were willing to share. This poem speeks out on everyones point of view from those entering and leaving high school. It steps out on the typical stereotypes of the jocks to the nerds. All in all, this peom was written to show the down side of High school.
