"I think of life as a book. The further you get into it, the more it begins to make sense." - Harold Kushner

Gracious, Gorgeous, everything in between.
That’s what brought you to me.
You don’t care, cause you don’t see.

My world revolves around thee.
I love you and you love me.
You don’t care, cause you don’t see.

Everybody stares at thee.
They wonder why you choose me,
but you don’t care, cause you don’t see.

I am me and you are thee.
Two halves of a whole, yet you don’t see.
I am black and you are white.
You don’t care, cause you don’t see,
the people who stare at you and me.

Our parents sit upon their beds.
They wonder where their children live.
They see the people who stare at you and me.
You don’t care, cause you don’t see.

The days have com for thee,
to realize what surrounds you and me.
We stand before the lord and he
cares because he sees,
those who would bother you and me.
“Open your eyes for you will see,
I protect you and she.
Live and laugh and love at home
cherish that which I give to thee.

I want people to know that interracial relatisonships aren't bad. They are no different then same race relations, and they shouldn't be treated any different.
