I try to remember what life was like before you
and all I remember is a haze of memories
not completely formed or clear
but when I look to the times with you
its vivid and bright
and when I look to the future
all I can see is a beautiful herizon
because I know that any future with you
will be better than any past I had
or any present we are in right now
but ill love the moments I do have
and save the memories we make for
later keeping them tucked away in the
lockbox known as my heart
and play them in my head on rainy days
when we arent together
and times when we are
because it will only make me want more
memories for you and me
and make me love you even more.
