Starlit City
As winter sleeps, time will sleep, far away, to another day.
Dying cries, to our surprise, are much more sweet, than any melody.
The wind will blow, taking all we know, yet leaves us more, than we had before.
The city stars light, is full of delight, and when the starlit city mourns, you will earn your demon horns
When you’re alone, you see your heart of stone, and when there’s a crowd, you’re hidden in a shroud.
No matter what you claim, it’s all the same, there’s no compromise it’s nothing but lies.
You may say so, but you don’t know, no one can tell, just what you sell
You can’t see the reality, of this time, no reason or rhyme
