He broke it.
He broke the glass,
And it shattered on the concrete floor.
The pieces lied there on the floor separate,
apart from each other.
The boy didn’t realize how much it meant to him
Until it was broken.
The beautiful open glass that held a heart is now
In a million pieces and the heart was place in the center of it,
Cracked.
He broke it,
He broke my heart.
