The storm starts
With just a drop
And a boom of thunder
Then a shower comes
With the tears of the clouds
Spilling out
Down to earth
Making puddles
Pinging here and plopping there
A bolt of lightning
That lights the sky
And suddenly
The shower turns to mist
And then it’s done
For there are no more
Tears left for the
Clouds to cry
