"Music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent."
~Victor Hugo

Crystal eyes of midnight fury;
heartbeats quicken with growing worry.
His white teeth sharper then any blade;
her bloodshot eyes leave her betrayed.

Her mind wonders the unknown;
her deepest fear to be alone.
She wishes time could heal her pain;
his love to her is like cocaine.

His skin so cold;
his strength untold.
He runs by the moon;
to sleep, immune.

Blood a sweet crimson;
his lips laced with poison.
The only one she admires;
my love, my vampire.

This piece was inspired by my previous obsession with twilight. I thought it would be a good complement to the story.
