Soul Mate
A balance in human beings is rarely found.
A true connection between two people.
Not a couple, or even family.
But a ying and yang friendship,
Almost destiny.
She could be my sister,
With the strong bond we create.
She could even even be my mate, but unsuccessfully.
We were meant to complete each other.
In a very odd way.
Becoming each other’s best friend was not a choice.
Something like this only happens subconsciously.
Although we share plenty of differences,
Too many to explain.
She is my life,
The one I know who will stay.
