So many tricks,
so many lies.
Too many whens,
too many whys.
This glass heart is cracking,
all the way down.
Partially shattering,
with a defeating sound.
The body writhing,
and squirming in pain.
Listening loudly,
to a silent scream.
Seeing the darkness,
and knowing tears stream.
Feeling my heart,
invisibly bleed.
