I have to wait for tomorrow

The energy is gone.
The curtain falling

Applause,

Bowing,

The curtains back up.

15 minutes of waiting,

End of act I,
The curtain falls,

More energy.

More music,

Blinding lights once more,

For fear of missing an entrance.

Costume changes have to be quick,

To get to the right place.

Moving swiftly,
Blackout,

Applause,

The first number,

The music begins.

Blinding lights,

The Curtains open,

I get my energy.

The chatter is gone.
Lights go down in the theatre,
In five minutes,

Curtains,

I swiftly get into my costume.
