Making a Change.

Making a Change.

I was a person who only thought about herself.
I remember the day my dad died.
I heard my parents arguing.
I saw my dad lying dead on the couch.
I worried my mom was going next.
I thought that I was going to be put in a foster home.
But I wanted to change.
I am an intelligent person who will succeed.
I think I will be successful at whatever I do.
I need to try, not give up, in order to fulfill my goal.
I try to help myself be more open.
I feel believable.
I forgive the people that cause me pain.

Now I can change.

I will change.
I choose to live life to the fullness.
I dream about my future.
I hope I’m headed in the right direction.
I predict my future will be great.
I know I can do it.

I Will Change.
