There was no way to avoid it
Her place in my heart was custom made
She is a friend in whom I will never forget
Our sisterly bond can never break
No relation necessary
Already close enough to raise questions
The truck pulled up on the street
I felt a pain that no one deserves
Rachel and I started to cry
As we finally parted
I watched silently as my adopted big sister drove away
She was my sunshine
On those cloudy days
