"Why?"

Why is it that us true ons come in last?
We wear our hearts on our sleeves and our shirts get torn.
We tell people our feelings and then we're spit on.
We tell them we are here for them and they use us.
Why is it that this happens?
We're stepped on and destroyed.
Why? I've asked so many times, why am I shot down?
I'm sick of the taunts life throws it makes you feel up and shoots you down. But I'll keep my head up and I'll deal with the pain cause inside I know someone else feels the same.
