Am i a dreamer?
Am i a singer?
A writer?
Does anyone know?
Am i confused?
Am i happy?
Upset?
I don’t even know.
Am i beautiful?
Or am i ugly?
But isn’t beauty
Judged by the
Eye of the beholder?
Am i a dancer?
Am i an artist?
A lover?
I don’t know
But I do know
I’m just me.

The author's comments:
The piece of poetry came to my mind because I've always wondered who I really am. I've always woken up in the morning wondering about it but I realized a while ago that who I really am is me. No one else is like me and no one else ever will be. I'm me and that's all that matter. I hope that you are able to stop asking yourself who you are by reading this poem.
