Life isn't measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

I could have been
A great writer, a physicist
But because of a war
I am nothing but dead

We may have won
But at what price?
Brilliant futures
Have been lost

The survivors lost too,
Their freinds and their family
Now you must face
Their accusing eyes

And can you justify
The months and years
They have sacrificed
To gain fool's gold and land?

How can you sleep at night
Knowing how many lie awake
Waiting for the bomb drop
Or how many sleep for good?

Oh you can quote the numbers
Of people dead and dying
But can you comprehend
Each life that has been lost?

They say that love is blind
But they are foolish romantics
The ones who are truly blind
Are the ones who run the wars.

you should write for the fire nation-or against them. I love how you brought the message across without sugarcoating it or filling it with licorice applescotch bubblegm filling.  5 stars.
