Scream

The innocence of a little girl.
Sweet.
Fragile.
Delighted.
I am adventurous.
Scavenger.
Hunter.
Wallower.
I have no worries.
I am me.
But...
you destroyed me.
I will always remember you like a nightmare.
Creeping upon me,
But I have no idea because I trusted you.
I believed you.
When I tell people what you have done...
No one believes me.
Now,
You flash me an innocent smile,
like nothing happened.
You give me the smile of innocence.
Like I once had.
But now.
You've taken that away.
In the night I scream but no one hears.
I have nightmares of your face.
I feel your handprints.
They trace,
My legs down to my face.
I am broken but you have no idea.
You don't care.
Because you don't hear me scream.
