I lay there in the darkness
Of my dark room
And stare at the ceiling.

Visions are going through my head,
And I just don’t know where
Where in the WORLD they came from.

I look around,
And I’m being haunted.
I close my eyes and duck under my covers.

Each and every night,
I find myself never left alone.

The author's comments:
A show that people might know is what inspired me to write this poem. It's called "Ghost Adventures". After watching this show about 3 times, the darkness used to seriously freak me out. So my brother made me take breaks from watching scary stuff for a couple months. :)
