In my dreams I find you,
and you are just what I need.
In my living world
you are absent from my arms,
and a feeling of yearning unfurls in my chest.
I don’t know why it is so for me.
I just know that one day you will no longer
feel the need to inhabit my dreams,
for in my arms you shall be.
