Broken hearted fools

We are two broken hearted fools
Neither believing nor denying
Just dreaming of something more
Than this silence and side long glance
We don’t trust that we feel the same
Yet we know that we do
And that terrifies us
Oh but don’t you see
What we could be
Something great, good, perfect
Happy
Yet all we do is dream
For we are two broken hearted fools.
