There’s nothing to fight for
No cause to continue
I can’t find comfort in my home
Or love in my heart
I wish there was some other way
But there is no outlet for my pain
No apologies are left in me
Sick of excuses why I can’t
I feel darkness start to close in
No love to keep going for
No person to stay alive for
So I let death win
An easy defeat
I let go
leaving nothing behind
