My best Friend
At times she calls me weird, and zany
But she means no harm
Other days she calls me brainy
And embraces me in her arms
She’s the best shopping buddy ever
She’d never let me look a mess
She has great style; she’s clever
To be her friend I feel blessed
We could laugh for hours over nothing
And people gape at us like we’re nuts
We talk about everything
We are the same; well somewhat
She’s my very best friend
She thinks she’s the bomb
We’ll be together ‘til the end
My special name for her is mom
