Gossiping MAG
February 5, 2010
Gossip bounces off the walls, hits the lockers,
And shows up in the mouths of girls once again.
Whispers, oh so soft, were still loud enough to make my ears ring.
Walking to class seemed like a never-ending race surrounded
By pointing fingers and evil glares.
Maybe high school isn't as great as it seemed in September

Wow. This completely describes High School gossip. Since we're now at the end of the year I wonder why I'm not as happy as at the beginning but this poem defines why.

I really know what you're saying here. Gossip ruined my 7th and 8th grade years of school. I'm a sophomore in High School now, and I'm still recovering from those two terribe years of school. The words still whisper in my ears from time to time, but I just smile to myself, because people care enough about me to talk trash about me. :) Check out my poem "I Am The World" (may not be published yet). I feel like this alot and its true most girls do gossip so do i but i cant help it
