Choose
You are only a small percent of this world
You choose if that percent is going to count for something significant
Some choose the angle of optimism, others factor in negativity
Everyone starts at square one, with no expectations, regrets, hatred, or bitterness
You multiply, divide, add, and subtract friendships, relationships, and personalities
You can choose to simplify life or create an abundance of pure irrational chaos
No two lives are remotely equal or entirely congruent
Some will live parallel lives with one another or just intersect for a short time
You can choose to be the numerator, gazing down on accomplishment and memories
You can choose to be the denominator, looking up at possibilities and dreams you can fulfill
Life is just one long equation filled with percents, averages, decimals, and every chance, love, and dream you ever had or accomplished
