If I'm a girl who likes a boy
Apparently it matters
If I'd not want to be a toy.
Apparently it matters
If she likes her
Apparently it matters
if we're different from what we were.
Apparently it matters
If he likes him more than life
Apparently it matters
If he'll never have a wife.
Apparently it matters
If I'm lesbian or bi
And yet it doesn't matter
If I only like a guy.
And why does it really matter
Which gender I prefer?
I don't believe it matters
Whether I like a 'him' or 'her'.
So apparently it matters to you
What one's sexuality may be
Well that's too bad I guess.
'Cause it doesn't matter to me.
'Cause it doesn't matter to WE.
