"If I'm a danger to myself, just think what I could do to you."

~Otep Shamaya

My thoughts clogged with
Worry and anxiety
Lungs filled with
Thick unknown liquids
Of regret.

My being has no soul to witness it's decay.
From my mind's eye, I judge the world,
I view you through the slit in a door
In the wall in a little room
Within the vastness of my hollow body.

Caffeine pulses in my veins
Rocking my body to sleep at night
Death cradles me in his arms
Whispering lullabies in my ear,
I drift off to the underworld.

Hush little one,
Don't cry out in agony.
Let death caress your face.
And be one with the dead souls of eternity.
